Indian Style Scrambled Egg

Ingredients:
1 egg
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp turmeric
dash cayenne pepper
salt to taste

Directions:
Blend ingredients in a bowl.  Pour into a lightly greased skillet and scramble.

**For a complete meal, serve with  2 cups vegetable (corn, mushrooms, tomato), 1 ounce protein (tofu bacon), and 1 grain (toast).
