Turmeric Baked Beans

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked navy beans
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cumin
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a sautee pan with 1/4 cup water and simmer until thickened.

**For a complete meal, serve with 1 3/4 cup vegetable (cauliflower, corn, peas) and 1 ounce of grain (toast).
