Corn and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked corn kernels (chilled)
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup diced avocado
1/4 cup cooked black beans (chilled)
salt to taste
lemon juice to taste

Directions:
Mix and serve.

**For a complete meal, serve with 1 ounce protein  and 1 serving of grain (tofu biscuit).
