Greek Gigandes

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp white beans
1/2 cup diced carrot
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp marjoram
dash oregano
2 bay leaves
3/4 cup water or vegetable broth
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a 1 quart crockpot for 4 to 6 hours.

**For a complete meal, serve with 1/2 cup vegetable (spinach salad) and 1 serving of grain (wild rice).
