Vegan Cheese

Ingredients:
1/2 cup diced potato
1/4 cup diced carrot
1 Tbsp water
1/2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
salt to taste

Directions:
Boil the carrots and potatoes until tender.  Combine with the other ingredients in a food processor or blender and whir until smooth.
